CAT attack on Granholm

One of Many Reasons Why Michigan Governor Jenifer Granholm is not a good Catholic.

She is not a good Catholic because of her diabolical support of Proposal 2. Proposal 2 was a constitutional amendment to allow EMBRYONIC stem cell research, overturning a 1978 Michigan law that criminalizes the use of human embryos for research.

Granholm labeled herself as being "pro-cure" even though all of the advancements in stem cell research have been produced through non lethal and fully legal ADULT stem cell research.

Embryonic Stem Cell Research (ESC) requires the creation and destruction of a human being for the purpose of harvesting pluripotent stem cells. Adult Stem Cell Research (ASC) does not require the killing of a human being. ASCs can bee obtained from any adult tissue.

Potential vs. Success
People like Granholm trumpet the "potential" cures that could come from harvesting human beings for ESCs. To date there have been zero treatments produced. Adult Stem Cell research on the other hand has produced over 70 treatments. And thanks to the hard work of Japanese physician Shinya Yamanaka , Adult Skin Stem Cells can now be manipulated into being pluripotent. There is no reason why anyone should be pushing for ESC research anymore. Firstly because it involves the killing of human beings and secondly because due to the success of ASC research, ESC research is obsolete.

The Catholic Church is against Science?
SYDNEY, July 26, 2005 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney announced yesterday a grant of $100,000 to support and foster research on the therapeutic potential of adult stem cells. This is the second grant made available by the Archdiocese of Sydney to further research into adult stem cells.
Cardinal Pell commented on the grants saying "The breakthroughs in adult stem cell research are exciting and impressive. The achievements to date in this area far surpass anything that has been attained in the area of embryonic stem cell research. The Catholic Church always supports good science working from a good ethical foundation, and the Archdiocese of Sydney is delighted to be able to collaborate with researchers making inroads in this vitally important area."
It is the vast number of statements like these, coming out of the mouths of authentic Catholic leaders, that reveal the Roman Catholic Church to be one of the greatest advocates for the advancement science in our time.

Leaching and Emotional Games
During the 2008 election season, the ESC movement produced emotional and misleading commercials for television saying that "stem cell research" (not specifying EMBRYONIC stem cell research) is being prevented by Michigan law from finding cures for people who are suffering. This is appalling because Adult Stem Cell Research (not Embryonic Research) has produced treatments for all of the diseases listed in the brainwashing videos. Michigan law was protecting against destructive scientific testing on humans. But since money always wins out over humanity, the big money institutes like The University of Michigan Health Care System and The Karmanos Institute have the biggest voice over the airwaves. The problem with what they are doing is that by giving money to ESC research, they only take away from resources that fully legal and morally permissible ASC researchers could use to achieve a total success over the diseases. Shame on these scientists who are knowingly misleading people, raising money, and forcing a deficient science on us. I want ADULT STEM CELL RESEARCH because it is the one producing cures. I want ADULT STEM CELL RESEARCH because it is ethical, we don't have to kill anyone in order to achieve results.

I've spoken to many people since proposal 2 passed and it is outrageous to hear them, unknowingly, mix ESC and ASC together. This is because of people like Granholm who could care less about silly catholic issues like honesty. Blurring the lines and making it difficult for the common person to understand the facts, are the tactics that Jennifer Granholm uses in order to "lead" Michigan. 2008 made it clear that Granholm and other proponents of ESC research intended to leach off of the successes of ADULT stem cell research in order to push for scientific testing that only Dr. Mengele would be proud of. That is why Granholm is a reprehensible Catholic and a poor governor of Michigan.

-The work of Dr. Shimnya Yamanaka on Adult Stem Cells has rendered Embryonic Stem Cell Research to be obsolete. Besides, testing of this nature on humans is ethically wrong no matter what stage of development the human being is in. Why do you people push obsolete and ethically deplorable practices?

-Why is the ESC movement leaching off of the successes of Adult Stem Cell Research?
It is because you people are knowingly trying to mislead the general public. ASC research has produced over 70 treatments and is not restricted by any laws because it is ethically permissible science.
I don't know what your motives are but they are most certainly not for the good of human beings.

Obama for Change: The Change Begins

Obama is proud to have the Lesbian and Gay band Association (LGBA) at his inaugural parade.
The band is currently scheduled to play at the New Orleans “Southern Decadence” event known as “DecaFest 2008”
This event is widely protested because of the open sex acts preformed in the street. Not unlike other Gay “community” events such as the “Folsom Street Fair”.
The band association labeled itself as “Deliciously Wicked” for Halloween.
The majority of the other bands invited to participate in Obama’s parade are high school bands.

My Thoughts: During the 2008 election, America had a bad choice (McCain) and an evil choice (Obama). The United States elected the evil choice. America is becoming one big “decafest”. If people don’t start speaking out against Obama and the evil he is promoting in our country then you can expect your own town’s version of the Folsom Street Fair in the future.

Joe Biden is not a good Catholic. If Biden were a good Catholic he would be raising a fuss over issues like this. As it stands, Joe has been forbidden to speak at Catholic Schools by his bishop. Bishop Martino will refuse Holy Communion to Biden if he presents himself in the communion line. If biden wants to properly represent Catholic teaching he should do some reading and also realize that it is not "homophobic" to help someone with a neurosis.

I recommend that everyone read works written by Dr. Gerard Van den Aardweg if you want to take a healthy look in to the reasons for Same Sex Attraction (SSA). Same sex attraction is a neurosis just like anorexia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The study of human anatomy reveals that male genitals are only complementary to female genitals. Homogenital acts are sterile acts. Homogenital acts fall under the category of mutual masturbation; they are not true acts of sex. Homogenital acts are a simulation of true sex. Sex involves the connection between a male and female reproductive system which has the potential to generate new human life. Homogenital acts do not involve complementary sexual anatomy. Homogenital acts do not involve an ability to potentially generate human life. Therefore homogenital acts do not constitute an act known as "sex".

To quote my blunt, construction worker cousin, "The plumbing just doesn't work that way."

While a person can chose to pleasure their genitals by means of another person's digestive tract. Those acts are not and never will be proper to the natural order of human sexual intercourse.

The fact that high school bands have also been invited to the inauguration event is more evidence that the radical liberal agenda is to desensitize and indoctrinate children to be more accepting of homosexuality. This liberal movement is not a movement of reason or science, it is a movement based on force and brainwashing. Please read the works of Dr. Van den Aardweg so that you can be ready to give a Logical and Scientific answer for why you are opposed to homosexuality and view Same Sex Attraction as a dysfunction in a human person and in our society.

People who suffer from SSA deserve to be treated with love and respect. It is our duty to be knowledgeable about these issues and to provide a firm and upright example of sexual ethics to all people who come into contact with us.

C.A.T. Stands for Catholic American Truth
I constantly have my eyes and ears glued to sources of Authentic Catholic Media. As I listen or read, I often say to myself, "Boy do people need to hear this, and I'm going to tell em." But when I'm on the spot, talking with someone, I tend to forget relevant names and key points. This blog is meant to help me remember the things I need to remember. This blog is also meant to help me develop fact gathering skills. When I hear a story on the radio, sometimes I'll wonder, "Did he/she really say, vote for, or do that?" And so I take the matter to Google. I'd like to use this blog as a place where I can store my findings and possibly help someone else find the Catholic American Truth hidden in the events of our day.

The funny thing about this blog is that I hate cats. The title "Catholic American Truth" just popped into my head and the acronym was picked out by default.

I hope people will read this blog and be encouraged to learn authentic Catholic teaching. I hope people will be impassioned to go out and debate these issues in public places and on public websites like youtube. My goal here is to use the bad example of so called "catholics" who are in places of influence, and highlight the need for all people to know authentic Catholic teaching.
